Whitmans innovated thinking of introducing a fixed price point to the auction quickly became a success. EBay also introduced other options that included classified ads as sanitary as auctions, and structured itself more of a mall contrary to a store. To date I feel eBays scholarship of PayPal has contri aloneed to the strength of the ecesis. The acquisition of Fraud Science has added value to the organization by helping detect fraudulent purchases and developing technology to prevent fraud. Several helplessnesses that eBay could potentially pay more care to is its international expansion and stock market.
