Through the discussion of cases and cerebrate readings, the course focuses on strategic analysis and how to build competitive advantage at the business and corporate levels in our worldwide economy. The main theories, models, and tools within the field of strategy will be covered with a strong emphasis in its finish to real settings. * COURSEWORK Before each session, the students should read the case and the member assigned for the day.
