Introduction
Healthcare is a field where effective parley is grave. Researches have shown that patients who are dealt with by healthcare providers with good colloquy skills have better health outcomes.
Poor communication can lead to patients not engaging in the healthcare system, refusing to follow their physicians advice, and not getting the treatment that they need. (Berry, D., 2007).
