Leadership After Presentation Report

This is our first showing since we bewilder come to Greenwich, even though we have gone through a lot of rough-and-tumble with the aggroup and individual, I believe we managed well. We were able to get the substantial group together and agreed on who is doing what even though we had a few troubles. First of all, Xue Feng is one of our group members, when we contumacious to do our manifestation base on the Maslow hierarchy of Needs, we shared out it into 5 parts so everyone in the group could participate. Xue Feng, barely did non speak much English and did not run across what he has to do, he wasnt be able to fleet with the whole group and did not understand the task given(p) to him so we believe we need to talk to someone approximately this so we did. But for the last 2 weeks he hasnt been in class, we did not trust to exclude him from our group so after we created the slide, we still leave a part for him. beneficial last week we discovered that he have been travel to other class so we thought of what we could do for his part. Because the Maslow Hierarchy of needs consists of five different needs and we now have four people, so we decided that we would all participate in Xue Fengs part. I believe it is a good topic because it shows that we are a strong group and everyone in the group are equal in part and participation.





The second problem we have gone through is that one of our group members did not understand the doubtfulness.
