Juvenile vice has a major clash on society in America today. Juvenile delinquency has been increasing over the years. I go out discuss the level of juvenile rightness and the varying types of prevention, detailed analysis and interventions intentional to prevent juvenile delinquency. I will give a comprehensive list and weighing of alternatives, both pros and cons to the interventions/strategies proposed. I will also give a prediction of how juvenile justice prevention and intervention strategies will be handled over the contiguous 2 decades.
The lawfulness has long defined a agate line between juvenile and adult offenders, but that line has been haggard at different places, for different reasons. Adults and juveniles who violated the law were typically processed in the same manner and were subject to the same types of punishments, including whippings, mutilations, banishment, torture, and death (Bartollas, & Miller, 2011). In the fifth century age seven was determined whether youths would be exempted from criminal responsibility under certain conditions. With the onset of puberty at the age of twelve for girls and fourteen for boys, youth were held totally responsible for their socially unacceptable behaviors (Bartollas, & Miller, 2011).
