For people to separate themselves and bring forth individuals they must think for themselves. In the world, people that compulsion to chase hold to start up it on out with new ideas. The fashion diligence is a good example where employees have to be inventive and come up with their own products. Designers of womens purses want to come out with new models that appeal to the customers and to get ahead of their competitors. If they go with the crowd they wont stick out and get a big break. Even in the depths of school students need to think for themselves, so as to not get in trouble. If a group decides to start a food deal and a student goes along with the idea to be cool it even if he/her did not want to engage, in the polish off the student will be reprimanded.
