Before choosing an Alternative Dis designatee Resolution (ADR) clause, I believe that each team extremity should try to attempt to settle any differences or difference of opinions that anyone has among themselves, or in connection to the team that they be associated with. There are no formal procedures in the mediation, and the mediator will not keep a decision, but will try to have the parties come up with a solution.
