Team Charter Analysis

The purpose of the team charter is for team members to come unitedly to describe their mission, to set their goals, to secure the commitment by members to chance on those goals, to plan, and to allocate their resources (University of Phoenix, 2008, p.4). Team B members came together quickly to hit this task. Through the input of each team member, it became clear that a strong commitment to the team and the punctual completion of assignments was our principal(a) goal. The ability to resolve any conflicts that may arise respectfully, insofar expeditiously, was also paramount. After reviewing each team members reputation profiles and assessment scores, I acknowledge the different temper types could be a source of both contention and military strength and that blaspheme among our team could be an issue.
