Returning back to tutor is the choice I had to make. My set out always to
told me that I needed to further my education. She would say, You peck non be successful
with lent in your pockets. My mother would also say ,Without an education you will
be everywhere plumped and under paid. I kept promising that I would come back to school, but I
kept putting it stumble . I no longer want to start goals and not commit. I would like to finish
and receive my arcdegree.
As a little girl being the best that I could be has always been brand in me. I
grew up in a town in South Georgia. My mother was a single mother of two. Mother
taught us both to range hard and never settle for less. She worked eleven -seven at iniquity
and she would come to my school functions and volunteer. I knew she was a hard actor
with a lot of integrity. I wanted that too. My mother work as a pharmacist at the local
hospital all of my life till she retired. Sadly a twelvemonth afterwards after retirement , she passed.
Which has only been two years. I kept promising I was going to return to school.
At eighteen, after high school. I gotten my first real telephone circuit as a waitress and
attended the technical school where I received a customer service certificate. I wanted to
move on and work on an associates degree. I would start classes at the community
college and give up. My mother never got a chance to see me receive a degree because I
never truly stuck with it.
I continued to concenter my jobs around customer service. I really
had a dear in helping others receive great customer service. I became a dsl tech
support agent where I was able to put my best foot forth. I later was promoted to a 2wire
agent. I really love assisting customers with their issues. I did not like the company
