As this semester is approximately to end, I am writing this assignment on my journey in developing the professional and the personal self, and the role I played in a group and how I rich person benefitted from this process, as well as what steps I am going to take in the future well-nigh my flaws which I have realized in myself. At the kickoff I did not crawl in any hotshot in my group, I truly doubted whether I would come to some good friends or would they wholly be just acquaintances, the only thing I knew we as a group had in common was that we all had make a choice of becoming nurses. Nursing profession is associated with care, and one has to be a caring person by temper and if not has to develop this attitude in order to be a successful as a nurse. Being in a new group of people is never hands-down since you dont know them so well, and there is a constant feeling that they might be making assumptions about you, and this makes you un snug. The same thing happened to me when I started my nursing education at wintec, but as days passed by I got to know the people in my group and awkward feeling that I had about the group started to vanish. It seems that we have a tendency to make assumptions of other people whom we dont know that well.
The azoic days were really tough for me and all I wanted to do was to stay away from the class as immense as I could, but now I have made some new friends whom I love universe with and who have helped me a lot with everything ,from sharing their knowledge to destiny me with my studies as well. As the days passed I realized that I was spending most of my time with people who were of my age, because I was comfortable with them, and talked to other people in my group only if the website demanded to talk with them.
