Just because mortal is non battered and bruised does not mean that they are not cosmos aversiond. There is a form of revilement that is unseen and silent. Mental handle, which is the worse form of mistreat, is unseen, silent and continues with the victims long after the do by ends. This abuse goes unnoticed most of the time. Victims often say they would quite a have physical abuse than suffer with affable abuse because it leaves no physical evidence that smoke be seen by an untrained eye. Even some victims may not hold they are being abused.
What Is Mental Abuse?
Abuse puke be defined as a behavior that controls someone elses actions by using fear, humiliation, and/or manipulation. Mental abuse, overly known as emotional abuse, is verbal and emotional. It is a constant form of criticism or disapproval. Mental abuse can include a multitude of symptoms that an uninformed person allow for view as normal everyday occurrences.
Mental abuse goes unnoticed because people face criticism every day, both in their job or in their home life.



The deviation in normal criticism and mental abuse is that the mental abuse is constant. The constant criticism wears down the victims self esteem, which can also lead to the victim denying abuse in their relationship.

The signs of mental abuse are not easily spotted like physical abuse. Mental abuse is unseen. The abusive actions and words cut deeper than knives ever could.
